Hello! As some existing customers may have noticed, we had some unexpected extended downtime in the past week. This was due to an extended DDoS attack on one of our customers, which unfortunately ended up affecting all customers.
We were able to mitigate the attack, but at the expense of changing a lot of our backend. This includes IP addresses, DNS servers, and more.
If you had your site through external DNS (Your registrar if not us, or CloudFlare, for example), contact us for the new information you'll need to reconnect to our new hostnames and addresses, the old ones were dumped to mitigate the attack.
With the new security in place, and ongoing maintenance to make sure something like this doesn't happen again, we shouldn't see any more issues. Keeping our fingers crossed, though, these anti-furs are something else ????
