We've upgraded to a whole new system, which should make setting up hosting, getting support, and changing your hosting options around a hell of a lot easier!
With this new system, you can sign up for a hosting account and have it automatically set up for you, with exactly the options you want. That should make it a lot easier to get up and running without having to email us and have it done manually. In the long run, this will let us put more time and effort towards maintaining the hardware and software on the servers, helping clients create their websites, and making this the best possible hosting solution for furs. We're excited for this new move, thank you for being a part of it!
